Magazine Monday Papercrafterscorner Challenge #116

This weeks challenge I made a card for Autumn using Teresa Collins paper, Close to my Heart stamps and ink! I just love these leaves and acorns scattered similar to the magazine cover

And what is not to love about the pumpkin?

Magazine Mondays Papercrafting Challenge #115

So this made me think outside the typical box! It also brought me back to my youth sitting on our stairs leading to the basement coloring. We had this rubber stair protector on the stairs that had corrugated lines in it. I used to love to color and create lines on my project. I found this fun coloring printable on Pinterest by Miss Davis as I have stamps for coffee that I have been wanting to use by Simon Says Stamp "What's brewing?" Well I made one and decided why not make two; each just slightly different from the other.

I used contrasting cardstock and black ink to stamp sentiment but the rest I colored with Staedtler watercolor pencils then water-colored them. I took a black parker to add sewing lines then just glued some little Prima flowers and used gemstones for centers. This was a fun project that was very relaxing for me. I actually colored last night while watching my favorite TV show Bones. Getting to print off some more coloring pages to give me something else to do while watching TV or talking on the phone!
